How To Write An Article In 15 Minutes!
by Marsha Maung

I'm going to be writing this as I go along....writing two articles at the same time and also capturing the images of what I am doing to show you how it's possible to write a complete article of 403 words in approximately 15 minutes.
Everyone can do this, I promise you this. The thing is that...there's a technique and over the years, I've developed a very simple (almost a no-brainer) technique to completing a 300-400 word article within the shortest period of time. For me, my fastest time is around 8 minutes for an article like that.
With some practice, even common folks with reasonable typing skills can type out such an article..quite easily.

OK, in the picture above, I've written out the main topic of discussion. Randomly, I've picked out the topic of living in a condominium environment with small children...I don't, yet, have any idea about what I am going to write about here but the general idea is life in a condo for small families.

Next up, putting my thinking cap on, I've come up with a list of possible things I can talk about in the article...in POINT FORM. I've listed facilities, pool, park, close to neighbors, security, value of property, metropolitan area, accessible from highways in point form in the article.

Then I went on to expand on each of the topics that listed down in point form, very quickly. I wrote the following on the first point.
First of all, there are the facilities that usually come with a medium-class condominium. These conventional facilities, despite being shared by all other condo-dwellers, are usually up kept by the management of the condominium. If they do a credible job, then everyone gets to enjoy the facilities of the condo without too much trouble. However, even with that said, I’ve seen my fair share of condos whereby the facilities are so badly maintained that hardly anyone uses it.

Next I combined the topics pool and park into one single paragraph by writing the following:-
The favorite facility of a condo is usually the pool. This is particularly true if you’re staying in a country like Malaysia or many other parts of Asia where the weather can sometimes be very punishing. And of course, when you have small kids, it goes without saying that when there’s a park in the condo, living there will literally be a breeze because whenever they need to release their pent-up energy, parents can take the kids to the condo’s park for a little romp.

Then I chose to combine another two points into one paragraph....close to neighbors and security because they're relative to each other....well, sort of. It's a good idea to separate your article into different paragraphs but if there are too many, it could be an overkill. So, I wrote the following...
There’s something about living close to one’s neighbor that gives you the sense of being a part of a society. For unlike living in a bungalow or other forms of landed properties, living a condo gives you a sense of security. And speaking of security, most medium to high class condos employ the services of security companies. Security guards make their rounds every now and again to keep people with malicious intent at bay.
There are only two more topics left to talk about. I do a quick check on word count and then proceed.

To me, the topic 'value of property' is important, so, I've decided to write it in a single paragraph and left the final topic to the last paragraph.
Property value for condos is on the rise or remains stable despite the ailing economy. This is because the demand for condos is an ever-increasing one. Not only are condos more affordable, they’re also popular amongst renters, students and single working people.
Most condo developers will choose to build condominiums in and around popular metropolitan areas where there are shopping malls, parks, schools, hospitals, etc nearby. Living in a metropolitan area where everything is within easy reach is important for small families – especially during weekends because this means that the family need not make hour-long drives to visit the nearest shopping mall. With that said, it goes without saying that most medium to high class condos are easily accessible via most major highways.
SO! We're all done here....just a few other small steps and your article is done!

The third-last step is to revise the title. I know you've written down the title of your article at the start but most of the time, the title is written last because it's common for people to deviate when writing. And we don't want that. So, I have rewritten the title as "Small Families Benefit From Condo Life"
The second-last step is to re-read your article and look for grammatical mistakes, errors or ommissions. The last step would be to go through the whole article again....just to be sure.
There you go....one article in 15 minutes!
