How to write kick-ass copy for the internet from a freelance copywriter who's done it one time too many....

COPY WRITING SERVICES

Kick-ass Copywriting services! You can have it too....
(May 02nd, 2008)

The key to icnreasing sales or web traffic is to write really kick-ass copy that kills. Well, not technically kill but the point is to get the fishes biting and then you can reel in the catch.

No, I am not trying to be funny. Freelanace Copywriters are not a funny bunch of people. Freelance copywriters write funny and comical copy for our clients only when intoxicated...feed me Tequila, please. Occassionally, freelance writers thrive on caffeine (lots of them!) too...but that's the cheaper alternative and I don't want to imply that you're cheap.

exciting freelance copy writingListen, do you know that the average common person spends more time reading if they have a piece of paper in their hands than if he/she was looking at his/her computer screen. The freelance writer'scontent has got to be tough (or blinking explode in their faces) while making perfect sense if you want to make the reader stay. That, my friends, is why you've got to cut to the chase and just use a freelance copywriter who won't beat around the bush with flowery words and stuff that makes the readers' heads spin!

You want punch, wham, bang and then make them feel this very deep desire to get something from your website or to take a single action right there and then.

OK, maybe that was a little out of whack but the copy that you have your freelance copywriter write for the Internet have to be a whole lot (and I mean a WHOLE LOT) shorter and crisper than the one the freelance copywriter writes for a...say, brochure? Yeah, a brochure.

I'll write later on on how to write kick-ass copy....and if you're a fast learner, you won't even have to hire a copywriter to do it. You can just start talking and writing like you're talking...and then watch the sales soar.

Marsha Maung once told me that she is always looking for clients like me. Au contraire, I was the one always in pursuit of a writer like her.

She is a gifted and talented writer who can take the most mundane subject and breathe life into it. From her first written word, she invites the audience to join her on a learning expedition, without any reason to turn back or go in another direction. She galvanizes their attention to continue to the end of the journey with entertaining, dynamic prose.

If you are in an incessant search for the ideal writer – one who can furnish great material (e.g., articles, blog entries, e-books, etc.) at extremely reasonable rates – do not hesitate to hire Marsha. As important, she always delivers work on time and promptly answers email messages, too.

Marsha Maung certainly ranks as one of the best freelance writers available. It would be a very prudent business decision to have her work on your behalf.

What is Copy Writing and Why You Need To Hire a Professional Copywriter for the job?

What is the job of a freelance copywriter? What can a good, professional, mature and committed copywriter do to your business that you, yourself, cannot do (unless you're a professional copywriter yourself!)? Well, writing is the kind of business that needs a special touch. Marketing on the Internet takes you beyond the realm of serving just your local community. Your freelance copy writer is able to take your website, stretch it to the max and bring in as much traffic to your website as possible. With that and some time, you will soon see an increase in profits.

Contrary to popular beliefs, copywriting from a professional freelancer is not as easy as it sounds. It's technical....something like writing a story book or a good storyboard. It takes time and you can't just whack some words out on the computer, paste it all over your website and expect to see an increase in traffic. The truth is that there are many technical aspects that needs to be taken into account when your copy is being written.

There are so many things to take into consideration when writing copy for a website! And the tricky part of being a freelance writer is that the writer needs to keep BOTH search engines and readers interested. Is the headline good enough? What about the sub-headline? The first paragraph of the copy should be written in such a way that it makes the readers want to continue reading the rest of the webpage content.

But does the first paragraph tie-in with the second paragraph? So, you see, good copywriting takes a lot of work and research...into understanding the behavior of your readers and potential customers
